Your Questions, Answered

  • Thank you for your interest in our Academy! We’re excited to share a few important details about how our memberships work.

All memberships include unlimited training. You’re free to attend as many classes as you’d like each month—or take time off when needed. Your training schedule is completely up to you.

We do not offer pay-per-class options. Instead, we operate on a monthly membership model. This approach is more affordable for our students and allows us to focus our energy where it matters most: providing high-quality coaching and a great class experience. It also gives you the flexibility to adjust your schedule when life gets busy. With classes offered six days a week, your membership allows you to train whenever it works best for you.

Before joining, all new students are required to schedule and complete a trial class. We want every member to genuinely enjoy the environment and feel confident that this is the right fit. We don’t believe in pressure sales, contracts you can’t get out of, or signing up without seeing how our academy truly operates.

Transparency and clear communication are very important to us. When you join, all policies, fees, and procedures are clearly explained and provided to you—both posted in the academy and shared directly with you. There are no hidden fees or fine print when it comes to signing up or canceling.
