Women’s Only Self Defense Class:

Women's Self-Defense Class is designed to build confidence, awareness, and practical self-protection skills in a supportive environment. This class combines effective standing defenses, ground fighting techniques, and powerful striking fundamentals to prepare you for real-world situations. Whether you're new to self-defense or looking to sharpen your skills, you'll learn practical techniques to escape, create distance, and respond effectively while improving your strength, confidence, and overall fitness.

What to Expect

This class is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and empowering for women of all experience levels. Each session begins with a warm-up and movement drills before progressing into practical self-defense techniques. You will learn and practice standing escapes, striking fundamentals, and ground defense through partner drills and controlled scenarios that emphasize proper technique, awareness, and confidence.

Training is hands-on and interactive, allowing you to develop skills through repetition while working at a pace that is comfortable for you. No prior martial arts experience is required, and techniques can be adapted to accommodate different fitness levels and physical abilities.

Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring water. Expect to move, sweat, and challenge yourself in a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment where the focus is on building practical skills, confidence, and the ability to protect yourself.
